Nice hit trend over the last two years. At this rate a million is 2 years away. November is heading to be the best month ever and might get over 8000 at this rate

As of Sunday we passed the 100,000 hits mark on the blog which is quite an achievement when you think we were only getting 300 a month in the early days. We are now averaging 500 a day plus the almost 1000 who receive email updates. The aim of the blog was as a time-saving defence. As questions came in on our work Paul and I deflect with a nice ‘it’s on the blog’ retort. But the time saver has turned into an addictive time taker as we share more and more of the National Trusts environmental work. From Northumberland to Kent, Cornwall to Carlisle the new team of contributors share personal and when it’s called for humorous lessons, insights and hard-won experience.  Oh and the Korean 1000. A thousand Koreans  last week had a small run on the blog. Don’t ask me what they found interesting? I will need to look at google translate and the analytics info ( did not see the geek thing take me over but it’s firmly in control!) now forward to our first million hits!
